Introducing Our Most Vibrant and Eco-Friendly TrueVIS Inks
New TR3 eco-solvent inks are specially formulated for unrivalled vibrancy and durability. TR3 White ink used with the XG-640 allows for three times greater productivity than TR2 inks used with a VG3 printer/cutter and produces graphic results that are 1.3 times more dense, enhancing window graphics and base coats.
TR3 inks are GBL-free and GREENGUARD Gold certified, for safer, eco-conscious printing. These premium-quality inks are available in a choice of configurations to suit your specific needs – dual CMYK for increased speed, or 8-colour (Orange, Green, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and White) for an expanded gamut and greater colour accuracy.
Expect Big Things
Roland DG pioneered the world’s first print-and-cut technology, and for over 30 years our advanced print-and-cut solutions have been trusted by users worldwide. The XG-640 continues this legacy, combining cutting-edge innovation and productivity with the reliability professionals expect.

Highlighted Features

COLOUR LCD SCREEN FOR QUICK SETUP AND MONITORING
The XG-640’s built-in 7-inch colour LCD touchscreen control panel provides quick, intuitive access to important printer functions and information. With the touch of a button, you can get an update on remaining ink levels, printer status, print time, and more.

AUTOMATIC MEDIA TAKE-UP SYSTEM
Longer, unattended print runs are simple thanks to the XG-640’s automatic media take-up system. Simply move the end of the media to the position of the tube on the take-up unit using the control panel and secure it in place.

ADD PERFORATIONS FOR QUICK AND EASY SEPARATION
The XG-640’s new perforated sheet cut function makes it easy to add perforations for high-volume print jobs. This feature eliminates cutting tools and reduces post-processing work, saving space and minimising the risk of output damage.
