• Creative power

The SOLJET PRO4 XR-640 is the fastest printer/cutter ever made by Roland DG. You can rely on its exceptional print quality, versatility and efficiency, while your competitors look on in amazement.

  • Excellent quality

The XR-640 is equipped with two serially connected print heads. The mirror arrangement of the colours ensures consistent quality in bi-directional printing. The Roland Intelligent Pass Control technology improves quality even further by accurately controlling the placement, the quantity, and the density of the ink droplets.

  • Latest ink

ECO-SOL MAX2 was awarded an EDP Award for Best New Generation Solvent Ink Technology. It is the latest generation of Roland DG’s award-winning eco-solvent ink. The ink scores very highly on all relevant counts: the outdoor durability, scratch resistance, chemical resistance and colour range. In addition, the ink is compatible with the widest range of print media in the market. Thanks to its new composition, the ink is capable of creating even sharper images. Furthermore, ECO-SOL MAX2 is totally nickel free.

  • Roland VersaWorks

This allows you to quickly and efficiently create all kinds of stickers, labels, heat transfers for apparel, etc. Furthermore, you only require one machine, which saves you space, energy and money.

  • High print speed

In the “high speed” mode, for example, the printer can, achieve speeds of up to 21.6m²/hr, for vinyl as well as for banners. Despite these higher speeds, the print quality is superb.

  • The latest print heads

The XR-640 is equipped with the latest print head technology. This ensures impeccable print quality. The print heads deliver drops in seven different sizes, and optimises the image quality for the material and resolution you selected. Combined with the new ink, the print heads ensure that even the smallest details are accurately printed.

  • Optional drying

The XR-640 has a built-in three-fold heating system. However, you can install an additional drying to accelerate drying. Roland DG recommends the DU-640 if you wish to use the take-up system at high production speeds, or if you use white or metallic ink.
