• Inscriptions on metal and plastic

The diamond-tipped engraving needle of the METAZA MPX-90 “hammers” logos, texts and pictures on various articles with great speed and precision. The MPX-90 can make inscriptions on harder metals such as iron, titanium, stainless steel, gold and silver, and synthetic materials like acrylic.

      * The HV-hardness of the material should not exceed 200. Some forms cannot be processed. Testing the material beforehand is recommended.

      Exclusivity through personalisation

The METAZA MPX-90 adds a personal touch to souvenirs, gifts and jewellery. The unit can make highly detailed inscriptions on flat as well as curved surfaces. You can therefore cheaply and easily personalise watches, pendants, pins, cufflinks, jewellery boxes and key chains among others.

    • Big, small, flat, curved…

The MPX-90 has a working area of 80 to 80mm (with a thickness of up to 40mm). The work table can accommodate objects of almost any length. The unit also comes with a clamping system that can clamp pens and other objects.

      Includes easy-to-use design software

The MPX-90 is supplied with METAZA Studio. This easy-to-use software delivers stunning results. METAZA Studio imports files from digital cameras, mobile phones, design programs, among others. Compatible files are jpg, bmp, ai and eps. The software not only allows you to choose from a range of TrueType fonts, but you can also create your own font.

        • Impact method

The device uses the unique impact method. Thus the MPX-90 hammers a text or an image onto the material and without removing any valuable material. Daily cleaning is not required since no waste is produced.

        • Industrial applications

The MPX-90 is ideally suited for industrial applications such as the production of nameplates and serial number plates. The included software helps you quickly print a range of variable data, such as sequential serial numbers.

        • Razor sharp printing at high speeds

The MPX-90 is fast and accurate. The device is 2.5 times as powerful as its predecessor. Four printing modes are available: text mode, photo mode, high density mode and vector mode. You can therefore achieve a perfect result for each print job.

        • Variable data

The MPX-90 is also supplied with the Dr. Engrave software. This software allows you to import variable data (as txt or csv file). That comes in handy when you want to produce a series of plates with serial numbers or product data.
